Businesses are responsible for providing any notices and obtaining any permissions required for their use of customer information.
How we use information

- create, authenticate, maintain, and secure Loco accounts;
- provide checkout, inventory, customer, team, invoice, and reporting features;
- process requests, transactions, subscriptions, and service communications;
- personalize setup and improve product usability and performance;

- detect misuse, investigate incidents, and protect users and the Services;
